This Saturday we were celebrating the music of this unique place on earth and talking about the Na Hoku Hanohano awards that happened last Tuesday. We talked with John Aeto, General Manager of Visionary Related Entertainment and member of the Hawai’i Academy of Recording Arts Board of Governors about HARA and the recording industry. Mahalo and much aloha to all the participants in Lahaina, Hawi, Kea’au and on Kaua’i and O’ahu. Kainoa was saying that the commission is in a building phase, as are the sponsoring groups on Maui and in Hilo, as the young guard rises to their kuleana.
